Nowadays we have a lot of time in those days, so we are all time using social media like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat etc and go live every day the same. So you are not realised but you wasted your time and sometimes fell frustrating but you live a better life if you follow some good habits.
1. Waking up in the morning.

6.Healthy Food
Healthy food make your body fit which is the most precious thing in your whole life. healthy food means not taking only high protein or things we can watch in our society. Take homemade food with the suitable timetable and start your morning with some specific food like grams and drink water requirement to your body.
7. Stop Procrastination
Procrastination means the action of delaying or postponing something. For as long as humans have been around, we have been struggling with delaying, avoiding, and procrastinating on issues that matter to us. There are a variety of strategies we can employ to stop procrastinating. Design your future(make time table), Make the your task easy etc you can search on google all about it.
